1. Initial Editorial Screening:

Within 3 business days of submission, the Editorial Office assesses the manuscript for scope, formatting, and scholarly quality. Only submissions that meet the journal’s standards advance to peer review.

Each manuscript is evaluated by two independent expert reviewers in a double-blind process. This stage is completed within a maximum of 15 days from assignment.

3. Final Decision and Online Publication:

Based on reviewer feedback, the Editor-in-Chief issues a final decision. Accepted articles—once revised (if needed) and approved—are published online on the journal’s website within 30 days of the original submission date.
